Excitation Parameter Group

Check Wavelength A to Wavelength D to activate the

corresponding wavelengths in multi--wavelength mode. Enter

their values in the corresponding fields.

Check Zero Order to work at zero order.

Emission Parameter Group

Check Wavelength A to Wavelength D to activate the

corresponding wavelengths in multi--wavelength mode. Enter

their values in the corresponding fields.

Check Zero Order to work at zero order.

Acquire Spectra Parameter Group

Using the scrolling list, select the spectral Acquisition Mode.

None: no spectra are stored.

Apex: only the top of peak spectrum is stored.

All in peak: all spectra between the beginning and

the end of a peak are stored.

All: all spectra are stored during the run.

In the fields defining the Range, enter the minimum and

maximum wavelength of the spectrum. Enter then the

wavelength Step in the corresponding field. A small wavelength

step will enhance the spectrum resolution.

Enter the value of the Threshold in the corresponding field.
