Prerun Elution Parameter Group

In the Flow field, enter the total flow rate.

Enter the mobile phase composition by entering the percentage

of each solvent in the corresponding field.

The %A field is a read-only field. The %A value is automatically

calculated according to the other solvent percentage values.

Enter the name of each solvent (optional).

Program Parameter Group

Program a flow and/or a composition gradient. Each step of the

program includes time and new values for flow and/or
