To finish a test, click on the button. The

autosampler is then automatically re-initialized.

Injector steps test

Select Injector Steps to check separately the performance of

each movement of the injection sequence.

Before performing the tests, enter the required volume and vial

number in the table header.

The following injector test stages are available:

Bypass: switches injection valve to the bypass position.

Plunger home: Moves the plunger to the home position.

Needle up: Lifts the needle arm to the upper position.

Vial to seat: Moves the selected vial to the seat position.

Needle into vial: Lowers the needle into vial.

Draw: Device draws the defined injection volume.

Needle up: Lifts the needle out of the vial.

Vial to tray: Returns the selected vial to the tray position.

Needle into seat: Lowers the needle arm into the seat.

Mainpass: Switches the injection valve to the mainpass position.

Click on a stage to perform it. At the end of a stage, the test

result is displayed in the corresponding column and the current

needle and valve states are displayed in the table header.

Results are also listed in the maintenance audit trail:

It is possible to perform only chosen stages and to perform them

several times.

For analyzing the test results, refer to the autosampler operating

manual.
