Ramp 1: The pump is initialized and then plunger 1 delivers a

153 µL/min flow of isopropyl alcohol with a stroke length of 100

µL.

Plateau 1: Plunger 2 delivers a 2µL/min flow rate during 1

minute.

Ramp 2: Plunger 2 delivers a 153 µL/min flow and plunger 1

pumps to complete the second half of the ramp.

Plateau 2: Plunger 1 delivers a 2 µL/min flow for 1 minute.

Ramp 3: The stroke is changed to 100 µL and the flow is

increased to 220 µL/min and then to 510 µL/min.

Ramp 4: The system reaches 390 bars and the flow is stopped.

Plateau 3: The pressure drop should not exceed 2 bars/min.

The pressure should stay constant during the plateau and should

increase linearly during the ramps.

Once the leak test is finished, results are displayed on screen

and also in the maintenance audit trail:
