:ATTenuator?
These commands set/query the amount of input attenuation in the path
of the selected input port. CONF:ATT:MODE ‘Auto’ overrides this
command.

Screen/field equivalent
RFAN:ATT controls to the lower subfield of the Input Atten field on
the RF ANALYZER screen.

These commands set/query the RF autoranging mode.
CONF:ATT:MODE ‘Hold’ overrides this command.
