2 Setting up the Hardware for U4154A

Sample Hardware Setup

Figure 11 displays a sample setup of the U4154A module.

The module is installed in slot 2 of Agilent M9502A portable

2- slot AXIe chassis. A filler panel module is installed in slot

1 of the chassis.

A laptop is used as a host PC and connected to the ESM of

the chassis via a PCIe cable.

Three U4201A cables are used to connect the U4154A

module pods to Agilent E5845A probes. which then connect

to the DUT.
