'10 MHz A' and internal '400 MHz Osc./VCO' are mutually exclusive. 10 MHz A cannot
operate while one of the 400 MHz Oscillators is on.
Action:
Redefine the source selections on the Source Control Diagram.
3561A Noise Source not functioning or not connected to 11848A. The HP 11848A can not
detect the required noise source for this setup.
Action:
Verify that the HP 11848A's rear-panel noise input is connected to the HP
3561
A's SOURCE
OUT and attempt to re-run the test.
