Measurement CPICH RSCP: Makes the mobile phone report the
value of CPICH RSCP. This softkey is inactivated when the
"CPICH RSCP" input field is set to "Off".
Clear Status: Clears Pass/Fail measurement results at signaling
steps in the test flow.
