For the E6474A receiver software licenses and combination
receiver/phone licenses, the following support options are
included for the first year:
• Agilent Call Center phone support, four hour response time
or less
• Telephone assistance and Web training on specific topics
• Software updates
• On-site training and start-up assistance
For the E6474A software licenses for phone-only support, the
following product support options are included for the first year:
• Agilent Call Center phone support, four hour response time
or less
• Software updates
The Agilent Advantage Integrated Customer Care Program
allows customers to upgrade to more comprehensive product
support options. For the program summary and options, refer to
