Instrument Markings
The following markings and caution and warning labels are used on the instrument. Be
sure to observe all cautions and warnings.
WARNING No user serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to qualified
personnel.
The instruction manual symbol. The product is
marked with t his symbol wh en it is neces sary for the
user to ref er to the ins tructions in t he manual.
The CE mar k is a reg ister ed tra dem ark o f the
European Community (if accompanied by a year, it is
the year when the design was proven).

The CSA ma rk is the Ca nadian Standards Association
safety mark.
The C-Tick M ark is a tradem ark re gist ered to the
Australian Communicatio ns Authority and indicate s
compliance wit h the Stand ard which limits
electromagnetic radiation from computing hardware.
This symbo l is u sed t o m ark th e on posi tion of th e
power line switch.
This symbol is used to mark the standby position of
the power line switch.
This sy mbol indicate s that the inp ut powe r required is
AC.
ISM 1- A This is a symbol of an Industrial S cientific and
Medical Group 1 Class A product. (CISP ER 11,
Clause 4)
ICES/NMB- 001 This ISM device complies w ith Canadi an ICES-001.
