Follow these steps to export your events:

1 Select Configuration > Events Library.

2 Select the events (on the left side of the dialog box) that

you wish to export (Figure 88).

3 Select the move- over button.

4 You are asked to provide a name for the file that will

contain the exported events. If you wish to append the

events to an existing file, first open that file using the

New file icon/button.

5 Select OK to complete the export process.

Follow these steps to import someone else’s events:

1 Select Configuration > Events Library.

2 Select the Open file icon/button and locate the file

containing the events you wish to import.
